Cadence depends on category and platform, not a quota. For most brands we run four to six grid posts and three to five reels weekly on Instagram, plus stories daily. We size the calendar to what we can ship at quality, not what fills a slot.

Yes. Comments, DMs, saves and escalations are handled by a community lead assigned to your brand, with response-time SLAs and an escalation protocol for customer-service and PR-sensitive moments. Every reply sounds like your brand, not a support bot.

Monthly in-studio and on-location shoots are part of our standard social retainer. Larger brand films, ad films or multi-day productions are scoped separately under our Ad Film service. We'll always tell you ahead of time what sits inside the retainer and what doesn't.
