Putting luxury real estate on every screen in the NCR
Glamour Realtors needed a campaign that could cut through the noise of Delhi-NCR’s saturated real estate advertising market. Mantle produced a cinematic ad film — shot over three days across two luxury properties — and built a multi-platform distribution strategy spanning YouTube, Instagram Reels, and programmatic display.
The film was designed for modularity: a 90-second hero cut, six 15-second vertical edits for stories, and static frames repurposed as carousel ads. Every creative was A/B tested with different hooks and CTAs.
The outcome
The campaign accumulated over 12 million views across all placements. Monthly qualified leads rose to 340+, and the overall media spend delivered a 4.2× return.
