Transforming a gifting brand’s digital storefront
Knots n Wraps, a premium gifting and hamper brand, had outgrown their template-based website. Cart abandonment was high, mobile experience was poor, and the brand’s tactile, luxurious personality was completely lost online.
Mantle redesigned the entire e-commerce experience on Shopify — custom theme, optimised product pages with lifestyle imagery, a gift-builder tool, and a revamped checkout flow. We also implemented structured data for rich Google Shopping results and a retargeting pixel strategy.
The outcome
Store conversion rate jumped 68% within the first month post-launch. Page load times dropped from 9.2 seconds to 3.1 seconds, and monthly revenue increased by ₹18 lakh.
